I bought mine from Diane in August and she had it sitting at the charger fully charged.

I took the PIP to the dealer for the 10,000 service.
Since I used up the battery getting there, I asked if he could re-charge it too.
The Service writer said Sure and they did. Great.

It only takes my dealer about 20-30 minutes to change oil and check over and they do not have a 240 charger yet. So I don't want to wait 2 hours for a full charge.

I bought it there in January 2013. Not charged.

Not only did I get the 10,000 oil change, tire rotation, checkup and Re-charge, they drove me to work and later back to the dealer AND Washed the PIP too. All for Free.
