DICE unit in 2007 Prius #3 (bluetooth no Nav) ARGH

Sorry to interrupt, but I'm just getting ready to install my Dice unit on a 2006 with nav. The Dice unit is about 6 months old. I bought it through a group buy with Danny (here at PC), and I'm finally getting around to installing it.

Is there anything I need to be aware of - Dice firmware upgrades, fab date, etc. - before I begin the install? I'll make sure to get the unit placed where I don't have to remove the vent and wiring harness to disconnect it or change the dip switches.

WELL, there has been an update but that's not to say that yours is automatically bad, most likely you won't have any problems at all. No new features were added for the 06. I'd try it out and if it has issues let me know and we'll swap it out.

If you want to know how old it is, if you install it in MP3 mode, go to disc 6 and it will display the version number on the screen.

Olson, you've waited long enough for me - let's just swap out the unit to be on the safe side. If you haven't already please PM me your mailing and contact info.
