In answer to those who want to know if the WeePris are '06s...No. They are not. Note taillights below.

    <div align="center">[IMG][IMG]</div>

And before the next question...I have no idea if or when the manufacturer will change the design. :(

And of course you'll remove the "motor" and install an electric one with a rechargeable battery. You can tell others it's a rehearsal for the real thing. :)

Working on it! The poor thing's gonna look like Frankenstein when I'm done, but it'll be beautiful in my eyes. I've got the perfect little Li-ion pack, and the tiniest LEDs you've ever seen. Just need me a drive motor, and I'm off to the races.

Or.... I might actually try to get some real work done since I've been gone pretty much all summer! :)

I got mine the other day too (ty, rufaro!) and I have the say, the seats are TERRIBLY uncomfortable.

I wasn't planning to mod my WeePri, but after looking at it, it's just begging for some LEDs. There might even be space under the hood for a battery and a switch. I'm sure I won't be the only one counting on you for a play-by-play and some good pictures, darelldd.

Just been reading the "Glamor Pics" thread, and it put me in mind of this:

    <div align="center">[IMG]</div>

Not that it's GLAMOROUS, as such...but it shows the dangers of taking your WeePri off-roading! Anyone got a wee prybar so I can put the tire back on the wheel?

(And sorry about the Salsa issue, Don...but I hear there's going to be a group buy on repainting... )

That is so fabulous! But I think it should be a Black WeePri performing that Stunt. We all know the powers that lie within a Black Prius and One Cool Chick!!! But I assume that will be posted soon enough!

Thanks Rufaru for all the ongoing entertainment!! You are a gem and a half!

Sigh. DH, official WeePri photographer, did this one without consulting me, or it surely WOULD have been the black one...The guy's judgement is, arguably, a tad dubious...after all, he married a cult-to-be member, didn't he? We're gonna work on this one! (And yeah, I reckon there are gems about me...unfortunately, they are the rocks in my head... )

And merci bien, Hyo, for the welcome back.

Hyo beat me to it, but let me add my own sincere welcome back, Rufaro. The place just hasn't been the same without you.

    Great picture, too!
