So I'm driving down the street and my prius lost all power as in electrical and would not start...left itself in neutral and pushed to the gas station...tried to start it and all I get is the beep sound no dash lights or message board and just won't even try to start...changed the inverter pump and still nothing...battery is good and I don't see any blown fuses so does someone know what to do?

Check the 12 V battery and charge up if it is low. Or, just charge it up anyway. If it does not hold a charge, replace it.

Can't make the fluid move as I can't start the car...took the battery and had it tested and it is good...replaced the pump already

There are some fuses in the engine compartment, look for one marked AM2, it's probably blown. Since you already replaced the inverter pump, just replace that fuse if it's blown
