Diesel Cars - Lessons to Learn

It seems to me that there is a lot to learn from Europe's experience with Diesel cars, not the least of it being that the future has a way of differing from our expectations and that even when we are fairly confident of our opinions, we will sometimes be wrong in a way that turns out to be significant.
