I am changing the spark plugs and noticed a bunch of dirty oil on the two on the right side when facing the front of the car. What does this mean? Can I still put the new spark plugs in? If you could also explain in more simple terms or link pictures or something that would help very much! Thank you in advance.

The one furthest right was actually dripping oil when I took it out.

Use your iPhone take pictures of the spark plug hole there’s lots of oil in there it needs a new valve cover gasket very common.

And most likely has damaged the rubber boot on the cop. Clean the crap off the boot end and then in the sun pull on the boot edge and see if the rim of the boot is cracked thats pretty common too.
OEM cops are $86 each last I looked.
Coming up to changing the plugs on my car every few months I would buy a cop but it’s expensive to do all at once.
Do not use auto parts store cops they suck and won’t last.

looks like the car has not been very well maintained high miles here I bet,
I would replace the water pump belt too.
