Disturbing noise

    All of a sudden, I starting hear a metallic rattling sound when the car is going 5 mph or less. It sounds like it's coming from the right front side of the car. The sound goes away when I accelerate past 5 mph. It sounds like there's a spring loose.

    Any thoughts on what that might be???

    Hi TS, you may have stone kicked up around your brake caliper or something similar.

    ref the joke in your sig... Intead of two as the answer, I always use "a fish" as the anwer.(this is going to make no sense to someone reading this after you eventually change your sig...)

    Yep. My sister was going off to college one time and had a terrible sound from a wheel, so my dad drove 1.5 hours out to discover she had a small rock under the hub cap.
