I wanted to thank Andino for this thread:)

I just bought a '10 with 21k miles and didn't like the highway handling. I opted for the TRD conversion.
I'm extra happy with the car. I have not had the alignment checked yet but the car tracks much more stable on the
    highways :D

What is the trick for getting the driver side wiper arm off? I got the bolt off but it won't budge... it seems to need too much force and I don't want to risk breaking anything.

Rears are done.. just need to get past this wiper arm.

NVM I got it off with a small gear puller

Good thinking, but it should just pull off by hand. IIRC, you need to lift the wiper blade arm off the window as otherwise (I think) it puts some pressure against the knob preventing the wiper to easily separate.

Mrstop is right...NOTE: if you are in a cold climate then you might have a little oxidation holding it down. Once you get the bolt off try to squirt some PB blaster, WD40, or similar product onto the area where it attaches. Wait for 5-10 minutes then lift the wiper blade up(with hood closed) and wiggle it! It should come off~(y)

UPDATE: Did the alignment and found that it had a severe toe-out condition. The sad part is that I just purchased this CPO and they had it on the records that they did the alignment for the CPO cert. The good news is that it tracks so much better. Still a little sensitive at highway speeds (after a 2400 mile trip in three days) ...but it's much better!

Starting this install tonight with DF210 springs and the Tanabe strut tower bar. Bonding time with my 14-year old son and he's not putting up a fight!

I see you're running 18X8.5 +40 wheels and 225/40/18s. I'm going to be buying 18X8 +35 or +45 TSW Nurburgring wheels and Yokohama YK580's in the same size you're running. How long have you had this set up and have you had any clearance or rubbing issues?

Everything is back together and the difference in overall feel and tightness is day and night. Drove about 75 miles today with this setup and even on heaving winter country roads, the suspension handled everything like a champ. I'll post photos shortly.

I couldn't believe the difference. It's nice to ride the back roads and actually speed up a Prius for the curves and know it'll stay where it should! :)

Yeah, wife has gone back and forth to work the last two days, says it feels much tighter and less the "Wanderer". So, that's almost 200 miles for the springs to settle. I'll either do the alignment this weekend or in about two or three weeks when I get my new 18's.

If your going to get new wheels then I'd wait for the alignment after.
