Do all Prius' have this LED issue?!

    Not sure if you could. Those color bulbs have the glass itself colored. You could try it

    The specs are fine, but it sounds like it might be a shoddy construction because a reviewer mentioned one of the bulbs burning immediately after connection. The bulbs seem to be tinted blue in the glass to produce whiter/cool blue light. If you wanted actual blue lights, you can get blue LEDs.

    The only problem I have with blue bulbs is is almost too pure in color. Normal blue runs 450–475 nm in the visual spectrum. The LED output is usually pure to the point of 2 to 3 nm in spectral width. That's quite a pure color. Most quality LED vendors will have a spec sheet to reference the color wave length of the LED's you are buying.
