Apparently this guy does, but I've sent multiple emails and have not received a response. Thanks

    I wouldn’t recommend reconditioning
(unless you but a prolong and do it yourself)

Hello Rmay635703- I bought a project car, I have the HV pack out, and some of the cells are shot. From the brief research I've done, that system is not applicable in this case... correct?

Get a hobby charger and buy some spares, generally refurb guys aren’t real reliable but if it’s cheap and expectations are low

Do not hire a whacker from Craigs List. They will slap in another used module that has not died yet get it working a little slap it back in and take your $500 and run. 2 weeks later red triangle again. Its quite racket.

And then he has your phone number so can screen your calls. Sound like fun?.
