Does Prime have a Cabin Filter button - aka "the fart buster"?

Not sure I understand how that button would "clear the cabin?" Remove stink? Purge the air? If it closes the vents 100%, wouldn't that keep the (current) stink inside the vehicle? But I understand closing the vents when driving thru dusty area, smelly areas, etc. as bisco said.

My recirc button is always on (80% closed vents.) AC works better, and I'm not sucking in as much dirt from this god-forsaken drought area! But man, it sure smells like chili-cheese dogs with onions inside my car!
