So a box hit my car yesterday and left damage on my bumper. Well, below it I found this green cable and I'm not sure if it belongs to my car or if it's from the box. I don't want to take it to a mechanic and getting taken advantage of since I'm not prius genius.

It's a green cable that reads on the tags, "THIS POSITION RF GROUNDBAR TO POSITION LTS DUS"

Please help. I was told my another mechanic that he thinks it belongs to the hybrid's battery but he wasn't sure, so any knowledge is welcomed!

I think that cable is from a cell tower radio:
I think the tag says LTE DUS
LTE is the latest cell service in the US, DUS cards provide LTE, GSM, (an old, first generation Cell Service) and UMTS (what is often called third generation cell service) in the radio at the base of the tower.

I hope it is comforting that it is not from your car.

And no car genius at that matter, hah. I am having my husband go for me. It seems all the Prius will need is to get the bumper fixed. Well, not the whole bumper just the Toyota emblem replaced and whatever this piece is next to my license plate.

Thank goodness, I was afraid of it being part of the car! It was stuck in between so I couldn't tell! Thanks!

    Thank you!

That piece missing next to the license plate is a tow hook cover.

No worries! As mentioned, that cable is not from your car. The Prius high voltage cables have orange insulation, not green.
And yes, you're missing the tow hook cover.
