    My post in red above was from July 12, 2019 and today I got a postcard settlement check in the mail for $38.45 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's better than $12 the estimated.

    Take that SIRIUS XM for all those dang unsolicited phone calls.

    Better late than never. At lest you got your check. I wonder when I am going to get my Equifax class action check??? Probably never.

    I've had pretty good luck joining these class action suits when I had a legit claim.

    I'm also waiting on my Equifax settlement. I got a communication from them a while back whining that the settlement was not going to be near enough $ and I'd be better off taking the free credit monitoring. Screw that . . . ;)
