door lock actuators firing randomly & rapidly

Hey everyone, I'm looking for anyone who has had this issue and found a resolution.

2014 Prius V new door lock actuators installed driver and passenger side 1 month ago.

Symptoms:

1) Car is put into park and the door locks fire 5-6 times rapidly. This happens often.

2) The car is off and sitting in the drivers seat the door locks start firing rapidly and do not stop until the car is turned on and off again.

Has anyone heard of this issue? Are the new door lock actuators bad perhaps?

Not sure if this happened before the new door locks. I purchased the car used with bad actuators...

Update:

The door handle no longer will lock the doors when touched. The FOB proximity unlock still works.

I've tried unhooking the battery to reset things. That did nothing.
