door panel

    I like the look of socket head bolts. I would like to mount my door panel with socket head bolts. Has anybody done similar or at least seen such on a Prius?

    No. You could get very short bolts and nuts. Take the door panel off, drill holes where it would look nice (and not mess with anything important), then put bolts through the panel and tighten nuts on the inside.

    You get the look you want without the hassle of trying to have bolts hold in the thin sheet metal of the door.
