I’m betting that this has been discussed, but search fails me as I don’t think i know the right terms.

Just purchased a 2017 Prius Two. Some of the seals around the doors need replacing, but its the seal between the two doors and not the inside seal.

I don’t know what it’s called, but I’d like to replace it.

Looks like its a sticky seal that has a special piece at the op that connects under the window weather seal for the passenger.

The part is the No. 3 Rear Door Weatherstrip. Catalog Figure 67-05, Rear Door Panel & Glass, gives the part numbers, 67895-47011 (formerly 67895-47010) for the right side, and 67896-47011 (formerly 67896-47010) for the left side. The list price is $14.57 each.
