Drain Gas Tank Fuel Pump Relay Terminal Shorting

    Can anyone tell me exactly which wires/how to short in order to get the fuel pump to turn on in my 2007 Prius? I need to empty my fuel tank. I have pulled terminal block "c" in the fuse panel as seen here in the pic as I have read somewhere this is where it is. Tks.
