    I beg to differ. not when I saw a "Securiguard" Civic idling for FIVE hours while the driver chats on his cellphone.

    That's funny. While jogging today, I passed this Suburban today where this lady was waiting to pick up her kid from school. The school hadn't even let out and she was there idling with her radio on and talking to another car next to her who was also idling.
