Been clearing my code every week for about two months now. Am I doing any damage to the car? I already know one day it will either not start at all or the battery will go out completely, but any other damage to the converter or engine? It’s definitely not running as smooth, about 90% of what is used to be, and a rougher transition at slow speeds going from electric to gas engine. Probably going to be picking up a hybrid battery soon and was just seeing if I should just keep it in my garage til this goes out completely or not.

That could be announced by a bang and bad smell from the back of the car. But you'll be replacing the battery anyway, with one that hasn't gone bang, and it shouldn't really have hurt anything else, as long as you don't mind the smell.
