DTC P0138 at highway speeds

    The problem turned out to the the air-fuel ratio sensor. Initially I got code P0138. Later things got worse and I got P0031 and an "open loop" condition all the time. I bought a new air-fuel ratio sensor from toyotapartscheap.com and got a dealer to install it. Finally, no check engine light! Thanks to everyone.
