The LAPD keeps electrifying with a new fleet of custom electric bikes, following its adoption of 100+ EVs and some electric motorcycles. The e-bikes can go up to 28 mph, faster than even Usain Bolt, so nobody's getting away from them on foot.

Building on the success of the Gogoro electric scooter comes a new EV option: Kymco, a scooter-maker in Japan, is introducing two electric scooters with swappable batteries for city driving, starting at $1,400 and going up to 37 mph.
