    I wouldn't describe it as "twisted" but realistic. History tends to prove this cycle of growth, Empire, Decadence, and Collapse

    A damn good book but not exactly one that lifts the spirit.

    Right... a fictional comedy with Luke Wilson is such a great predictor of human society.
