Edmunds drives the Porsche Panamera Hybrid. 34.6 mpg?

    you cant relate EU cycle to EPA by just converting things... it seems that it should do 23-25mpg in US (10% better than GS450h)... it is a bit heavy though so performance is not on the par with GS450h.

    Hyundai and Porsche have now both managed to make their citrus fruit easier to peel. If Honda don't catch up nobody will want their lemons.

    The non-hybrid gets 27 according to Porsches website.

    I may not have been clear. According to the article the Porsche can coast at high speeds with the ICE disengaged.

    it gets 16/24 in USA... which is what 18-19 combined? This will be 20-30% better, well in line.

    CR or somebody was getting 12mpg city with a BMW M3. I can't imagine anyone actually getting 16mpg city with that Panamera porker unless they're driving ultra gingerly.
