Edmunds InsideLine Publishes False Statements

    They used the term "investment" a lot in there, but I guess they used "Cost of Ownership" as well.

    It would have been better for them to compare say... a Honda Civic (Gasoline) with the Honda Civic (Hybrid) or the Prius. The Fit is more comparable to a Yaris - maybe they should wait for a Yaris hybrid to come out...

    Interesting that they make the Prius sound good. I find that rather surprising for people who normally drool over horsepower and brand name. Perhaps there's some hope after all. :D

    Prius comparo with Fits?

    Prius is EPA stated mid-size ( the beginning size )
    Fits is _Sub-Compact_ !

    The Yaris hatch back should be compared to the Fits!
    Let compare size for size and ICE for ICE.

    Corolla (compact )
    Civic ( compact )

    Yaris subcompact.
    Fits subcompact.
