    friendly_jacek: yes, I've seen that TSB, but it's dated early 2012, and my car was manufactured in 2013, so I hope it doesn't apply? Anyways, if I experience rough startups on cold days, I might check with a dealership about this TSB.

    ny_rob: wow, what you've described in your post has taken dealer incompetence and recklessness to a whole new level... good to know. Thanks for sharing this info.
