When looking at the O2 sensor output, is it expected to have voltage readouts on more than one bank?

I had thought this engine had two .. one by the catalytic converter and another in the intake manifold.

I'm looking at the output of an ODB2 reader and only see output on Bank 2, sensor 1.

My 2012 Prius 3 (190,000 miles) threw a code that the O2 sensor was out of range on Bank 1, Sensor 1 . .but that one has zero output.

Bank 1 sensor 1 is the Air/Fuel sensor (or some consider the upstream O2 sensor forward of the catalytic converters)

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the Heated O2 sensor which is downstream after the catalytic converter.

Search for my post on P0136 and there is a good discussion on voltages

Also depends on which app/device you are using to get values. Ultimately tech stream is the best tool for diagnosis.
