Entune Stopped Working

I am not sure what has caused it, but Entune has stopped working for me. I have owned my 2013 Prius since November, and use Slacker Radio daily. I connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth/DUN. Starting 6/2 when I launch Slacker via my radio it connects to my phone/internet and starts to launch Slacker but errors (Slacker stopped unexpectedly). So I tried to launch Pandora and received a similar error. I even tried to connect the phone via USB and made sure the Entune app was open on my phone. When I disable DUN to force the radio to connect to the internet via USB the Entune app on my phone shows its connected, but the radio still cannot launch either Slacker or Pandora. What else can I do?
