I got a pop up recently on my 2021 Prime asking to update entune app suite, apparently the update didn't succeed because now I'm constantly getting this pop up that says to reinitiate the download but for the life of me I can't find where it is you do that. Any ideas?

It may be different from the 2020 PP LE model I had, but when I had Entune app going into an eternal circle after a software update, I had to call Toyota and have the account reset. Then had to uninstall the Toyota App on my phone and reinstall, re-register the vehicle on the new Toyota Owner account.

This is my write-up on the Entue update on my 2020 PP LE.
No more Entune for 2020 Prius Prime, but... | PriusChat

Yes, I plan on asking them, but so far my sense is that the service department is for the most part clueless when it comes to user interface issues. I imagine there is going to be more of a challenge for dealers to help owners with technical issues. I hope dealers are considering adding a tech-savvy member to their support team or that Toyota offers a tech support resource that owners can access. The first tech issue I ran into, the service department didn't have an answer for and it didn't appear that Toyota had a tech-escalation path for them.

Had a similar experience, but without calling toyota it eventually worked. Kind of pointless when it’s not supported, though. Try Parking outside where you get a good signal?

Update: It seems to have resolved on it's own. My guess is it needed a stronger signal on whatever device it's using. I still say Toyota could use some work in the UI department.
