Erasing "Historic Fault" codes for good?

    Just fixed a Battery and a Cylinder Misfire issue on my 2013 and yet on my OBD app I'm still getting those codes popping up as a "historical fault" with a green checkmark beside it.

    All the dash lights have disappeared since fixing the issues and it's running very smoothly. So I'm wondering why these codes keep popping up? Is there a way to clear the historical fault codes via a OBD2 reader?

    First clear you app cache / memory and reboot. Also try a different app... If it's still there try disconnecting the 12v battery for a few minutes.
