You get used to hurricanes, though it seems i am missing them, all my life in lived fort lauderdale, missed any hurricane that came close, andrew was very south of me. Then i moved to gainesville, north of orlando 3 years ago and missied all the hurricanes, now i am in tampa, and seems i already missed the ones from last year and the year before. i guess you can hope that lighting doesnt strike twice in the same spot.

The worst part of anystorm is the thrill seekers, those dummys that just have to drive around in the wind & rain to see the destruction.. :huh:

We had more idiots driving around after charlie, they'ed end up hitting trees or knocking down low hanging powerlines. We would end up having to go help them, instead of helping those who needed it to begin with. :angry:

We are expecting little flooding, a little wind & some possible power failures..

Its only going to be a tropical depression by the time it hits us..
