Error code B1421

    In the hope of making it extra clear, the whole reason the A/C system has a B1421 DTC is to give technicians an easy way to see if the solar sensor works.

    If you ask for codes while there is strong sun shining on the sensor, there should be no B1421.

    If you ask for codes while there is not strong sun on the sensor, there will be B1421.

    That's all that code is there for.
