Euro being Pop - Credit Crunch 2.0?

    Not sure if it's making the News in the US, but it looks like the Euro currency could be about to hit the skids any time soon;

    BBC News - Bank says economic climate 'extraordinarily serious'


    The UK isn't in the Euro and the US certainly isn't but it could have a very serious knock on effects for us all. So will we head into another 'credit crunch' and will it be worse than the first back in 2008?

    It's definitely in the headlines here. News about Iceland is harder to come by, but there's certainly no shortage of reporting about global financial crises. It helps us keep our minds off the sixth extinction. ;)

    BBC News - A happy ending for the euro?

    The French President is making a live speech on tv being shown in the UK in french! Unheard of, and then the Bank of England warning above. Something's happening.

    So, let's have a wager - when will the Euro fail?

    2, Within the year
    3, By the end of next year
    4, Never

    whatever they are doing, wall street is loving it. dow jones went up almost 500 points yesterday.
