EV switch right application

    I don't think it was very clear, but this was kind of covered in paragraph 1 on post 6 on page 1. With the car running in EV mode when very cold, there is no recharge happening. The recharge power is used to feed EV, but it is not enough, so the battery charge still drops.

    You are right that load makes a lot of difference. Maintaining a speed will get you far more distance than starting and stopping.
