    I'm glad things worked out for your in your case, and I'm glad that you understand where tax rebates come from. I don't know what you paid or overpaid, I got zero % financing on my Gen III and as I said I paid $100 below dealer net invoice/net holdback/net rebates (below cost). The zero % is underwritten from the manufacturer. I'm not going to spend $15 to CU to find out what the PIP secret rebates are as I'm not going to buy one, but I'm glad you're happy with yours as the Prius in any version is a great value. It just would not work out due to the long commutes we have here in SoCal. If I had bought PIP and discovered it wasn't a value for my use, I'd be pretty p*ssed off myself, but it worked out for you, and that's great! :)
