When are the counterfeit OEM and C.A.R.B catalytic converter's coming?
It's got to happen and there is a lucrative market for them. They can make anything in China and smuggle them through Customs.
All they need is enough precious metal to pass the smog test and most $130 cats from Canada and China wil; do that. -
California APPROVES Aftermarket Catalytic Converters!
So the CARB (California Air Resources Board) has FINALLY followed its own guidelines and approved some aftermarket cats for sale/installation inside California! Just happened in April
