2012 Prius II has a body part rattle at 65+ mph at the front of the car. Sounds like a body part is flapping in the wind. Started this year. Never had this since new.

I have a question about Prius 2010, because I had replaced my old battery pack by a battery pack with all modules tested and proven at a good capacity. but after switching the new battery pack doesn't last for long as the previous on. Only one month it can last and the check Hybrid System pop up. Is it because of Car system or it because of the battery itself ? Could any body help explain me about this issue ?
