As one commenter pointed out, it's most likely a 3-row SUV as the 2nd photo shows a drawing of what appears to be a 3rd row seat (#72) with what is possibility a battery underneath (#70) with the ladder frame (#14) and cross members (#28) in the foreground and the spare tire (#74) at a diagonal.
If it's a "current" product, it looks to be a 4Runner Hybrid, otherwise, Toyota is thinking of a new body-on-frame 3-row SUV (unlikely) or at least thinking about how to package a hybrid/PHEV system on a body-on-frame. My money is on a 4Runner Hybrid... -

Considering that the market has not stopped its shift toward larger crossovers, which can be thirstier than comparable sedans, the rising fuel economy average is a good sign.
