Federal tax credit - and will PIP hold value?

    The $28,088, I later realized was NOT as shown above. The quote 'implied that' but the actual quote was $30,838 (- 2,750 equaled the 28,088, non real number). The dealer I ended up buying from, sold it to me for a bit ($140) less for a taxable selling price of $30,698. I was happy with the $30,698 price, as the first quote was not for the Blizzard White. My wife decided she wanted white so we got the $395 paint AND $140 less. So I figure we saved $535 off the first dealer's best price (and he did not have white in stock anyway!). So the price was for a PIP Base with floor/cargo carpet kit* and the upcharge paint as the only options. (* I did not want the mats, but they would not take them out, but discounted them $140, so that is where that # came from)
