    If you were closer, I would help you do most of that. The inspections are pretty easy, you just need to know what to look for.

    For future visits, just have them stick to the items in the maintenance manual unless you are having an actual problem with something. They will be happy to do all kinds of stuff, but a lot of it is not necessary.

    As a follow-up, I did get an email survey from Toyota and I did fill it out with my complaints....
    My mileage is better but that can be a combination of factors.. forewarned is forearmed!
