    Reading between the lines: seems like you're always checking the 12 volt battery voltage via the car's display? If so, get a digital multimeter, follow bisco's suggestion in post #12.

    Not necessarily the issue, but good to deal with the basics first: 12.1~12.3 volts at rest is iffy.

    OK welcome back...I am not a spark plug expert but you went to an off brand for Prius. Prius gets iridium tipped plugged, liked $7/per plug on Amazon. I replaced mine once and that's going get me to 250k miles.
