    I had them painted by a local paint guy. But they didn't turn out as nice as I would like.

    It looks good from far away, but close up, it's about a 'B, B-'. maybe a 'C' depending on your pickiness level.

    I don't like the matte look and I really don't like the OEM silver chrome so this was the best quick solution. And the cheapest OEM dark chrome badges I could find online were over $400(?!).

    I am thinking of doing another set with a better painter or learn to paint it myself when the ones I have on now start to fade or if the poor paint job starts to bother me more lol

    gold wheels were never my thing, so I'm still getting used to them :rolleyes:
