I need to change my Prius starter battery. I have a couple options. One is the FVP platinum which I can't find any information anywhere. It has good spects the RC is 70 and the CCA is 325. My only concern is that it's $100 less then the rest. The other ones are BOSH and DEKA which both have A CCA of 325 and an RC of 60. They all have different BIC groups though. I just need any helpful hints or suggestions on what to do. I'd like to save money but at what cost?

I bought my Duracell Ultra AGM (which I understand is made by East Penn) from Batteries Plus. It was priced at ~$230 with a 48-month free-replacement warranty, but they price matched the cheapest ~$160 battery I found from Napa or Autozone or Oreilly's even though the $160 battery only had a 3-year pro-rated warranty.

The Prius doesn't have a starter... The hybrid battery starts the car.
Do you mean the Hybrid battery?
Or do you mean the 12v battery??

I think he means the 12v battery that starts the computer that then starts the engine with the HV battery
