Fitted air mattress for sleeping in back: anyone have this?

Ran across this air mattress designed to fit the rear of SUVs, etc, and it looks like it may fit a Gen 3 hatchback. Has anyone tried this?
The dimensions suggest that it is about 50 inches wide and about 5 feet long when inflated, so I would still need a pillow in front as I am 6'2", but having a 1-piece air mattress for the lower 5 feet sounds like a plus to me.
