I see most used fobs for sale on e bay need the rubber cover and at least one micro switch replaced...it got me thinking if I can find the switch I might as well change them on my original fob...

has anyone done this and if so where can I order the three micro switches..

the ones I found on e bay say they fit prius but look nothing like the one inside my fob..

    thanks

If you can find replacement switches, or an inexpensive donor circuit board with working switches, it is probably doable with the right tools. Others have successfully swapped out the LEDs on the dash and steering wheel circuit boards, I'd imagine it's similar to what you are proposing.
