    They were promotional 1:30 die-cast models for color sample display in dealer showrooms by Toyota of Japan. Not sold in stores, but some ended up for sale on ebay.

    I got mine two years ago for ~$30 IIRC. Yap, limited supply, not sold in stores. The price may go up even higher. This is the last red one I see listed right now.

    Many years ago, I collected baseball memorabilia. I once paid over $200 for a bobble head doll which was a give away item at stadium. Not sure if it is worth anything now though. LOL
