Friction when turning my steering wheel to left

    When I turn my steering wheel to left I hear a friction on the right wheel, it is low voice like something is hitting the wheel, so you know what is the possible reasons for this?
    I thought that it is the cover behind the breaks but nothing is hitting in it

    Anyone face such case?
