I've researched(mostly posts from this forum) and am struggling to get the control arms off.
I am reading that i need to jack the motor up slightly to get the passengers side off but have been struggling with the drivers side for a day now. Does anyone have any advice here? I have 3 jacks and 2 jack stands but safety is my top priority, I also don't want to damage the engine or mounts, should I remove any mounts as im jacking it up?

I am using the main center jack point in the front and have my tires/rims just behind the front wheel well to catch the car if anything should happen, i've currently got my jack stands under the front subframe, is there a more ideal place to put these as i jack the motor up?

@James Analytic mentioned this video and am going to try this method with a backup plan to just chop it off(hoping to avoid doing this as i want to rebuild the control arms to sell online after swapping them with my remans.

One other area of concern is the second bolt on the right side it seems to need a deep well socket but there isn't much clearance. Do I need to jack the car up on this side? PLEASE help me i'm exhausted.

These 3 videos have helped me the most,

So my ball joints were stuck in my knuckle after allot of dremmeling I've cracked em and taken them off so we are good to go with the knuckle and dismantle,

The control arms are going to take mounting the engine up a bit, i've got a jack from a neighbor and have got a good plan for getting this done. I'll keep everyone updated on any useful info i find along the way.
