Front Left Wheel Well

    So I had never noticed this before, but today after having pulled into a parking space and not straightening the wheel, I noticed there appear to be a exposed area on the engine side of the wheel that looks like it could hold 3 plastic rivets. Am I missing a cover there? If so, does anyone know the part?
