I picked up my 2020 prime last night, had a great trip traveling the 5 hours back home. One of the things I wanted to change was to pull off the front license dealer plate, Ohio does not require a front plate. What I am left with is two square holes, are there plugs of some sort I could use to smooth the front bumper with creating a cleaner appearance? I could put a front plate on but would rather not. Thanks for the help

Trying to fill/block these square holes. Picture from a simular thread[IMG]

There is nothing I know of specific parts or accessory to plug the "square holes" you are concerned. I am sure there are ways to DIY mod you can apply but how hard it is, and how well it turns out, I am not sure. Every Prius Prime I have seen even one dressed for the Auto Show room has those "square wholes".

I suppose if that is as bad as it gets, I'm doing well. Thank you

Just leave it as is! Some one will come up with a solution At least it looks better than how they did it in the past, they used a drill bit!

Any solutions yet? I just purchased my prime and the holes they made are horrendous! They just screwed in the large screw without easing into it and it bubbled the plastic. Almost feels like I may need sand the area, bondo and repaint the little square where they screw in.

wondering if they make replacement pieces for this.

Just for now, at least until I find a solution. I covered the horrible holes with electric tape. Can’t tell that bad from a distance but up close you can see how the plastic is messed up.

if I don’t find a solution I’m sanding them down, using bondo and painting the little squares. Unless someone makes something to overlay here or cover the holes, till then though.... this is it.
