Front License Plate relocated

    As you can see I lowered the license plate location to add a lil visual of appearing lower...after moving it to the lower bumper ...i had to plug those holes...found plastic plugs for .18 cents each...got em, painted them and plugged the holes...here you go.

    Relocation looks much better! Wonder if it has any effects on coolant temp & A/C under extreme conditions? Since Prius don't have a lower air scoop.

    You need to change that blue emblem to RED. It will look sharp, just an idea.

    Thanks for that..I was really thinking of just taken the plastic behind the badge off..and showing the red...and then painting the silver logo emblem to black...

    You could but you going to see the hole from the emblem. I highly don't recommend that method

    Depends where you live. In the Bay Area, it's a big deal. Even a meter maid will give you a ticket for no front plates around here. It's used for by cameras so they enforce it around here.

    Shifting the plate is one thing; I can see that. It's actually a bit of a positive, if it puts the plate and it's bolts below and behind the first contact point: I've lost track of the number of hex head boinks we've got, from braille method parallel parkers.

    But I've got no patience for people removing their plates. That's right up there with the clever clogs that put clear plastic over them. Or wash the car and leave the plate grubby to the point of obscurity.

    There are many states which don't issue front plates at all. It's hardly scandalous behavior.
